⚠️炸虾蛄肉小贴士:

与包装袋一起自然退冰,退冰后沥干水份,静止 10分钟,裹上玉蜀黍粉,油温加热至七八分热时才把虾姑放下去,炸至金黄色,(注意:油温要 180度以上)那样炸出来的虾姑才会美,不然会虾姑肉会容易碎掉哦。

千万不要把肉放进水里冲洗,会把肉弄烂或者变绵的。虾蛄肉不适合用来蒸,直接炒或放进不滚的水里,这会导致肉质散掉和流失哦。
